A quick drive-by this week, because I’m on a short turn-around for the DECEPTION galley proof. Yay!! And because it’s March, I’ve added a countdown clock … tick, tick, tick until DECEPTION’s release date!! Double Yay!

Sad, sad news this week when Leonard Nimoy died. He was 83, so he lived long and prospered, but there are some people we’ll never be ready to let go of. I’m a geek, so it’s no surprise that I love Star Trek, but I’m mostly an original series fan. Spock and Kirk were my heroes. I like the re-boot with Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine, but I don’t like any of the Star Trek spin-offs (especially Captain Earl Grey.) I know Nimoy has a body of work that includes much more than Star Trek, but for me, he will always be Spock. :'(

Happy March. Let’s hope the weather realizes Spring is near. This is the best video I’ve seen on the subject. I think it reflects everyone’s view on this Winter and how ready we all are to see it fade into history. DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN …
