IRELAND, ADEN, and a GIVEAWAY!

Okay, Ireland people. I’ll be arriving in Dublin on September 12, which isn’t far away, so I need to make some plans. For any of my readers who’d like to get together, I have questions. I need to know if a weekday or Saturday works better for you. I have a few day trips planned, but I can shuffle those around. Also, I need advice from anyone who knows Dublin about where we can meet. My hotel is the Shelbourne, which has a couple of bars. We could meet in one of those, or if there’s someplace better, please let me know. I’m thinking we need a place with drinks and at least bar food. Ideas?

I took myself to an afternoon matinee of Hitman’s Bodyguard, with Ryan Reynolds and Samuel Jackson. It’s violent, funny, and great fun. I really loved it.

For those who might have missed it, ADEN is now available on AUDIBLE! And VINCENT’s recording has begun. Yay! I’ll be starting a giveaway for ADEN’s AUDIO next week, so stay tuned!

Okay, my publisher’s giveaway on the Kato Coasters is over, but mine is just beginning. I’m giving away a package that includes signed, print copies of both DAMIAN and KATO, and a set of the really cool stone coasters. All you have to do to enter is send an email to dbreynoldswriter@gmail.com, with KATO COASTERS in the subject line. Please be sure to follow these instructions carefully. Note the email address AND the subject line. The sender’s email address MUST BE VALID for the entry to count, as the winner will be notified by return email. The entry period ends at 12:01 am PST, on 9/1/2017. The winner will be chosen at random, and will have five (5) days after email notification to respond in order to verify the entry. If the winner fails to respond within five (5) days, a new winner will be chosen. The contest is open internationally.

I spent all this week writing like crazy. RELENTLESS, Cyn & Raphael e-novella #5—revisions are complete and have been sent back to my publisher. Vampire Vignettes—I’m having fun writing the Raphael/Juro/Kenichi story. I always knew in my head (and my notes) how they met, but it’s a whole ‘nother thing to write the story down.

Another unspeakable act bloodied our world this week. I only hope we don’t end up so numb to these attacks that the pain of those affected ceases to rip our hearts open. I send my love to the beautiful city of Barcelona—to its people, and to all the people of Spain, as they deal with this terrible tragedy.
