It’s DUNCAN’s turn to be on sale this month. His e-book is only $1.99 on all the usual platforms, but, as always, this price won’t last, so get it now.
I’ve been hard at work on QUINN’s revisions since coming home from Antarctica. It’s taken me awhile to make the time zone switch and get my writing mojo back in order. I think I’ve finally done it, though. My muscles still ache like hell from climbing rocks and slogging through sandy beaches, not to mention climbing all those stairs on the ship. And I’m still grateful to wake up in my own bed with no need to throw on the wet gear and climb into a zodiak. It was the trip of a lifetime, and I’m thrilled I took it. But now I’m happy to be home, with my big recliner and my big TV, and the Internet, and a shower that’s not rocking.
I’m also hard at work on Shifter Planet 2 (working title) although I’ve had to set it aside for a short time, while I finish QUINN. Quinn has a deadline to meet for his April release, so he has priority. Just ask him, he’ll tell you. He’s a bossy kind of guy (vampire lords are like that) but he sure is pretty. Vampire lords are like that, too. 😉 Anyway, I’ll be back on Harp with my big cat shifters very soon.
Everyone who was waiting for a contest prize should have received them by now. Same goes for any bookmark requests. I made a trip to the Post Office last Monday, to put everything in the mail. I also picked up my own mail from vacation hold. There were a few boxes, since I’m a dedicated on-line shopper, but there wasn’t as much envelope mail as I expected. I discovered why when I got home. They’d given me someone else’s mail!! So, off I went to the Post Office, like the dutiful citizen I am, to return said other person’s mail and get my own. There was just one problem. They couldn’t find my mail. Yikes! It’s tax season, which means I expected more than a few tax docs to be in that pile, and who knew what else? I wanted my mail, and while they were very nice and very apologetic, they seemed somewhat bewildered as to where to find it. So, I pushed (gently, because I live in a small community) and they searched the unexpected places, and there it was. Thank goodness! I was never so happy to see my junk mail! 😀
Anyway, happy ending. 80% of the mail went into my shredder or straight to recycle. But there’s always that other 20% that you don’t want ending up on someone else’s desk.
Okay, so no more fond reminiscing. Back to work.
Oh, wait. I almost forgot!
I was thrilled to learn this week that my beautiful LUCIFER, one of my favorite vampires, has been nominated for a 2018 EPIC award! How cool is that? You should check him out, if you haven’t already.
Okay, now it’s back to work. Happy February, and I’ll see you back here next week, because I think it’s time for a new giveaway!
xoxo
